Legally Mine does have a dedicated team of professionals including paralegals, attorneys, and customer care representatives.  It is entirely possible to have appointments with several individuals depending on what types of documents need to be completed.  A trust document requires that you meet with our attorney who focuses on estate planning.  Questions about how to set up an LLC require a meeting with either a paralegal or our business attorney.  Similarly, questions about taxation will result in an appointment with our tax attorney.

Furthermore, the quality of our paperwork is far and above what could be purchased at other online document sites.

Because the untrue nature of your accusations, unless you can contact us directly within 2 weeks to help with the issues you have, we will consider this post to be defamation, and will seek appropriate legal action.  Please help us to resolve this before it gets to that point.

My accountant and I had many questions to ask and did our due diligence to learn more about the company and their services.

I initially learn of the company through a  presentation from a local dental meeting.

Everyone that I spoke with was most helpful ,patient ,and supportive in answering my inquiries at all times.

The staff members all seem to work together as a team. they have different departments that handles certain specialties.

My husband signed up with Legally Mine after we attended a presentation at our local association.  We did our due diligence and checked out the company online.  We found a few complaints and became very cautious and explained our reservations to the Customer Service people.  They were very understanding and did two things for us: 1) told us to bring in out accountant and attorney and 2) provided a reference to me of people who have gone through the program.  

We were extremely please that our fears were proved to be false.  They explained the process to us ever step of the way and were always easy to reach.  The staff was personable and quick to respond.  Our assets are not the most complicated in the world - we only have our home, a practice two rental properties.  However, they accounted for much more than I had anticipated.  

They created a plan that included our children, expenses, person home, limited partnerships and much more.  In the end we are saving more than twice the cost of the program in tax savings.  Again, we were apprehensive. so we had our accountant look at it.  He came back very pleased - some of the information he had to look up in the tax code.  This was very important to us to get a positive second opinion. 

Since we have completed the program, Legally Mine still remains easy to reach with questions.  We have very much liked the continuity program.  They keep track of all our entities, renew them, create meetings and minutes and so forth.  Before we were paying over $500 to a company to do this for 1 entity and we pay them slightly more than that for 6 entities in addition for all the other services they continue to do for us.  I am very happy with the out come and have recommended this to all the other professionals at the association.

I am writing this rebuttal because I have had an exceptionally  positive experience with Legally Mine.   I also  attended a function whereby a presentation was made by a representative of Legally Mine extolling the benefits of using his company to access their intellectual property ( ie: Trusts, Wills, Estate Planning Tools, Asset Protection Programs, etc.)  in order to help protect myself from frivolous lawsuits and also keep up to date on the latest  and most legal ways to avoid paying unnecessary taxes.  Overall, I feel like I have received excellent service from them and have received an amazing value for the dollars I spent with them. 

     I have  been interested in asset protection programs for many  years, and have explored a number of companies that perform  those kinds of services.  Unfortunately, all of the companies I evaluated charged enormous fees to create these programs, and then very high yearly fees in order to maintain them.  In additon, they advised their clients to set up off shore accounts  to "hide" their assets  in places like the Cook Islands, or wherever.   Legally Mine, on the other hand did no such thing.  The whole program they created for me is U.S. held.   

     In addition, when I researched Legally Mine, I was very pleased to find out that the fees they charged to set up a personalized program was very reasonable.  On top of that, the yearly maintenance programs they offered was also fair and affordable as well, and not mandatory.  There was enough information avaliable for the clients to manage the program themselves if so desired!   

        I  own multiple commercial properties as well as a number of limited liability companies, and needless to say, I have  a very complex estate.     Despite the complexity involved Legally Mine came through with a program that I am very pleased with.  I had my Banker, Insurance advisors, Tax Preparer, Real Estate Agent and Attorney all review the Legally Mine program.  The opinions I got back  from those sources was very positive, especially my real estate attorney.   He  was very skeptical about the whole program at first, but the more he learned about it, the more comfortable he became and ended up being supportive of me engaging their services.    On top of that,  after having reviewed the documents Legally Mine provided and  the services they rendered for the cost they were charging was literally blown away at how affordable the program is.

      Legally Mine has always been available for questions I and my team had concerning their program and has always openly and honestly guided us through this lengthy process. 

     Overally, I feel that Legally Mine was professional in every way possible during the  whole process from initial set up to final completion.
