They bill you from other countries were they hide but forget when it comes to banking it is global There all no laws to protect our identity They host through so many sites How this is allowed I cancelled my last credit card they were charging and was issued a new one with a new number and this company had the new number before I did and charged me again I am so upset Feel so violated Address Of One They Host Through 250 Williams Street Suite E100 Atlanta, GA 30303

Let's start from the beginning. I used google search for medications without a precription because I have no medical coverage. I used the link provided, which was legalmeds.com. I Was taken directly to an antibotics listing page with prices which were what I was looking for. The website required you to register with their site before ordering a purchase.

So I started entering all my information to register and then all of a sudden there was a click and all my information was gone. I thought maybe the meds were ordered. I Was freaked out because I didn't click finished or done and all my information was gone and I couldn't click back to it or anything. This had me a little leary. I thought my system was being hacked, or maybe that's how the website and billers work. I don't know, but I was worried. Legalmeds to me started to feel as if they weren't doing something so legal. I found out later in Jan. 31 2005 that my credit card was charged 29.95. I had to track down who was billing me and why. It Was a complete shock and outrage.

I am now so afraid to go online and purchase anything. I called a number for payment info and asked them what was I being charged 29.95 for. The women rudely told me it was a charge to use the legalmeds site. I was if possible more shocked at this point. I never okayed this ,or agreed to any charges. I never even got to read anything because all my info disappeared and I wasn't able to click the back button and after all that happened I was redirected to some other site that had nothing to do with anything I was doing. Very strange. Then the women said all she could do for me was cancel my service. What service I was thinking, but she did tell me she couldn't help me in anyway with getting my charge from them back that I used the website and I had to pay for that use. How rude I thought.

Never has any company nor person ever treated in such a rude manner. Then I called my credit card company and they sent me a dispute form to fill out. I Just got the form and then to my surprise I was billed a second charge of 29.95. It was done slick too. Goes as followed: the first 29.95 charge was billed from paymentinfo which my credit card company blocked. The second 29.95 charge was billed from pay-ecom. I immediately called my credit card company to cancel the card that kept being charged with this 29.95 monthly fee for some site I looked at once. I had never heard of such nonsence as this, so I knew to look online to see if others have been through the same problem I now am going through and of course there were others. I also found a site called rip-off.
I needed a way to vent. I can't believe I was scammed. This will make me very untrusting and leary of ever purchasing anything online again. I feel so violated, taken advantage of.

I sure wish there was some way to make sure this will never happen to others. This truly has been a complete nightmare. No one has the right answers nor has the company actually gotten back to me through emails to resolve this matter. I can't believe a company can get away with this billing scam.I've been treated as if I'm completely dumb. As I've been told and believe in, first time shame on me, second time shame on you. I am not fully educated in the laws as pertain to such matters as these, but I do know what I did or didn't agree to. Also I do realize I was scammed.

Making such a stink does pay off. Make sure you keep emailing them always, don't give up until you get everything they owe you back.

Just was emailed from customer care letting me know I will be refunded in full 3-15 business day. I also cancelled the credit card they were charging. Was being issued a new one with a new number. I did email them constantly to make sure the wouldn't forget about me. A man named Michael did reply back. I emailed to Customer care, Just emailing back to make sure my full refund is 59.90. That is what my card was charged that I didn't authorize. Thank you, Patricia A. Thomas.

His reply back to me was Hi, You've been refunded $29.95, not sure where you get $59 from...Regards, Michael.

So I then emailed Michael again explaining from the beginning. He replied back Hi, Ok. Were the two charges definatley on different dates, or did they happen at exactly the same time?
Regards,Michael. I replied back to him, Hello, Two different dates, one was on Jan. 31, 2005 of 29.95 billed from Paymentinfo.net. The second charge of 29.95 was on March 02,
2005 billed from Pay-ecom.net. Thank you, Patricia A. Thomas.

Of course he emailed me back Hi, I have passed this on to a team member who will ensure your account is cancelled and any refunds issued. Expect to hear from them within 72hrs. Regards, Michael. No one got back to me in 72 hrs so I emailed Michael again just letting him know it's been over 72 hrs and I've haven't heard anything from them. He replied back to me with this Hi, The refund was issued on the 11th, expect it before the end of next week. Thanks, Michael. So I just got my new credit card yesterday on March 16, 2005. Go to my credit card website and sign in to check if there was any refund issued to my card. There wasn't, but there was a third charge of 29.95 billed from pay-ecom on March 14.

Billed twice in one month by the same company that was suppose to cancel me for some account with them I never had, go figure. Called my credit card company asking why they allowed them to charge me again when they know what I've been going through with this company. All the credit card company did was tell me to print out their billing error form and send it back to them. So my husband then called and spoke with a representative.

The representative did agree with my husband that something is surely wrong. How providian let pay-ecom charged me with the fee of 29.95 for the third time. The representative couldn't explain it to us, also said he couldn't promise if they couldn't even block the company pay-ecom from doing again.

My husband than asked to speak with their supervisor. They told my husband no supervisior was in at the moment, that he would have to call back tomorrow. Even the credit card company providian hasn't been helpful in protecting us from this company and their charges. I am going to try everything I can. We will call Providian back today also to make sure we speak with the head supervisor. Will update in a couple days. Until then.

Also here are somethings i found like ip address's, sites they host through, and etc. There are so many. This is just a fraction of what these companies are pulling. Google has to know also that their search engine bring up these links for meds without a prescriptions. I will contact them also.
