legalzoom earns money by tricking the consumer into becoming a paid member by pathetic means- hoping that the consumer won't accurately cancel their 30 day trial membership and then when the consumer realizes that their account has been debited for months without willing authorization, you log into the site and press "cancel my membership" which gives you a pop up box telling you that you must CALL-why would a consumer need to call after pressing cancel my membership- this is our money which legalzoom is not at liberty to use- how dare them make you take an added step to help aid them to remain taking our money- when you, the fool, jumps through the next required hoop,  you are met with a recording telling you that it is after hours -this of course allows legal zoom to gain yet another advantage to their same game which is gaining money off of the consumer "forgeting" to cancel or call again at another time in hopes of getting another couple of months charges out of you. This is a pathetic disgusting way to earn a living. preying on consumers forgetting to end a trial and then not making canceling convenient and setting you up for more unwanted membership charges.

They make sure their "trial" is your "permanent" membership

Please call us at 888-310-0151 to cancel your membership.(the pop up box when hitting the "cancel my membership)

This is what is on my account page:

30-Day Trial of Business Advantage

NEXT PAYMENT
Date: 12/01/2014
Amount: $ 7.99
Cancel Membership (hyperlink that only leads you to a popup box instructing you to call)

If it's something that you specified you didn't want to participate in or you did not see details of the plan in the questionnaire when you originally placed an order with us, then you should not have been enrolled.  We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and would like an opportunity to make things right. Please contact me directly with your account information/order number via help@legalzoom.com.
