An accountant for the company assisted the two and caused to be filed erroneous and false information about the company on the Pinksheets. Other members of the pump and dump team who have a track record of failed public company stocks, including Precious Metal Exchange Corp. (PRMX), OPSY, DTIM, and Tracking Corp. (TRKG) will be disclosed for the record. The board of directors is continuing to investigate and uncover information.

Richardson,Texas whose sales toppled 8.9 million last year, non other than Susan Ford the wife of Jason Ford screening and redirecting inquisitive calls regarding Texas Hill Country Barbecue back to Jason Ford senior and junior, go figure. Quite a con job. What's up Mr. Meixelsperger, can you lie for us? Drive our stock up, suckering a potential naive investor. To make matters worse there is no currently found food manufacturing permit at the R and D Lab in Arlington, Texas. just a couple freezers, a indoor smoker on wheels and cardboard boxes in a somewhat unsanitary environment with "bootleg" indoor barbecuing going on, no known fire permit along with feted barbecue sludge running down the street. Oh, its fuel for trucks ! ! ! ! So one asks, where is the "WET OXIDATION" PRODUCT? Answer, not any. No touted national distribution, No manufacturing plant, No sausage, Hams, Turkeys, FDA approved sauces etc., NO existing franchises. Just a standard manufactured two wheeled gypsies barbecue smoker on wheels at the Ennis Store with most product purchased at Restaurant Depot in Richardson,Texas AND WALMART. This posting is a rebuttle to the lies and distortations published by someone with the name of T. Kunkle. First for the Record Legends, Food Corporation has nothing to do with Texas Hill Country Barbecue. Legends Food Corporation was formed to facillate the sale of Texas Foods on line thru ecommerce. Barbecue is only part of what this company does. Please go to www.legendsfoods.com and see the concept. There are no franchises for sale and no brick and mortar facilities selling barbecue. Legends is aquiring companies that will sell its Texas Products thru The Republic of Texas Food Company a wholly owned company of Legends Food Corporation. Legends Foods Management team is a group of very successful business people led by Laurence Briggs its CEO and Michael Welch its newly appointed CFO. Mr. Grisaffi is a director and minorty shareholder of Legends.
The ripoff claims that Ty Gerot is a fraud, for the fact Ty Gerot never had a true position in Texas Hill Country Barbecue, the fact is that he was hired to run the Ennis store and he never got paid for the time he was there. Ty Gerot is a very honest and trust worthy individual and needs to have his name removed from this report.
The ripoff report also claims that members of the team have run other companies into the ground, for the record he uses names as PRMX, PRMX is now Legends Food Corporation, a corporation that has filed all the proper paperwork to FINRA to move this company forward for the benefit of all shareholders. FINRA approved all filings and granted a name change. DTIM was never owned or controlled by anyone that has been falsely accused in the ripoff report. OPSY is a company run by a stockholders brother and the company is not defunt, it is an operating company. The Tracking Corporation started business in 2003 and is still operating today. It was bought out about 3 years ago by Richard Hogue and is still in his control today.
Texas Hill Country Barbecue was run by the Ford Family, Jason Ford was the President and CEO, the mastermind behind was Jaye Ford his father a convicted felon who served 11 years in Prison. The Fords run around telling everone that all of these people scammed them, fact is they were in total control of all stock, checkbook and the company, No one but the Fords benefited from the monies raised in the deal. The Fords arranged to go public thru an aquaintence of Mr. Grisaffi, Angela Collette who had control as the custodian of a public shell with the symbol of BQST . which they changed to THCB. To this day they have never paid Angela Collette the money that was agreed upon. The Fords have been sued in the State of Nevada and judgements have been granted. In April of this year there was a vote of the shareholders of THCB and they voted 51% to remove them. They refuse to go, and formed another company called Bootleg Barbecue to hide the assets of THCB. Til this day they continue to hide the assets of THCB.
He mentions Caritas barbecue, for the record, Legends Food Corporation had a letter of intent to purchase Caritas pending due diligence. Jason Ford in many of his sales pitches for money, claims that they owned Caritas, they were some of the initial incorporators, but they never put a dime into the company. He claimed that they were the ones instrumental in getting the Caritas product into Sams wholesale due to the relationship his father had with Sam Walton. Fact here is that Sam Walton Died in 1991 and Cairtas did not get into sams in San Antonio until 1998, and by that time Jaye Ford was in Prision. He also claimed that they used the wet oxidation method to cook there meat and that his great great great great grand parents used this method back in the 1800's this is a total lie as wet oxidation was used by the Germans in WW2.
Rod Franklin, was or is the father in law of Jason Ford, and is really a good person and had nothing to do with any of the wrong doing of THCB, the same hold true for the sister Rachael Ford.
The Fords have talked bad about Gary Bryant and investor that loaned them over $125,000 and has never been repaid. He did all he could to help, but could not get past there lies.
Mark Ussery, is an officer of Legends Food Corporation and was also an officer of THCB of which he was forced out, Fact is that his Uncle Fred was the first investor of THCB and the did not send him the stock that was promised him.
Jack Eversull is a PR man in Dallas and he is not a fraud and is a very reputable person who represents many public companies.
