Green Dot corporation customer fraud protection service is a joke Washington District of Columbia

I had a zero balance with green dot.my credit card was used fraudulently to rent two hotel rooms in one day at Days Inn Hotel in Laurel Maryland. I never could access my account online to print out my monthly statement. never the less Green Dot lead to pain to go to lose or one day with a zero balance on the card.I was told that they were investigating it in conjunction with Days Inn hotel.I never heard back from neither.this company is a total rip off.so much shouldn't put up with this you can go to major banks and get a credit repairingdibit card that report s to the 3 credit bureaus.  GREEN dot doesn't.  they tried to call you up and paperwork so you just frustrated and walk away from your money like I did so .....them
