I also have fallen victim to these SCAM ARTIST . On April 28,2007 I purchased 1-70cc Fully Auto 4-Stroke ATV (Blue) With an Extended 6 month warranty .

I received the ATV on MAY 11,2007 and immedialty realized this was not the correct size I was shipped a 50cc that was clearly marked on the package and owners manual also confirmed , in addition a mechanic friend confirmed the size was 50cc. I contacted Legion Global on Saturday May 12 to advise them of the error. I was advised they do not handle Customer Service issues on the weekend (conveniently) and I was instructed to take a picture and email .

I followed up on Monday May 14, 2007 and was given the complete run around placed on hold and transfered 4-5 times speaking to two individuals that gave different names and pretended to be some one else . I advised them that if they did not stop the nonsense and assist me with trading the ATV for the correct one I would contact my credit card company and dispute the charges.

Not having any call backs or resolution I disputed the charges with my CHASE credit card company . I have provided a copy of the shipping info that clearly states the size of the ATV , Owners manual that provides exact Spec's on the ATV. Jay states that he has never sold a 50 cc that only goes max 15 miles interestly the manual states the MAX is 15miles per hour for the XCAlibur Model.The company goes through no limit to lie they disputed the claim stating that the box was incorrectly marked by sending a type up letter with no authenication whats so ever from NST inc 10830 ADA Ave , Montclair CA 91763, 909 628 2889 NSTmotor.com stating To whom it may concern this is to certify that ATV 50X distributed has a 70cc motor. No one had the guts to sign their name I'm assuming for fraud falsification.
This company needs to be investigated and prosecuted for all the criminal acts they commit .
