Wish I had read this site before buying from legion global, it would have saved me a lot of b.s. To anyone considering a purchase from this company I strongly urge you to shop around first and only purchase products from them in a last ditch effort. Though the prices may seem great, there is such a thing as too good to be true and legion global only proves this phrase to be right. Not only was I overcharged, i was given a fake and or wrong tracking number. I also have yetto get the product purchased. I was told one price and authorized that amount to be taken from my account, when it was all said and done a whole other dollar amount was taken from my account. They are not registered with the BBB and I now know why. Once they have your money, you are on your own and dont expect to be treated as nice as you were when they were trying to make the sale. If and when i get the product I spent 1079.00 on we will see if the last report (by someone else) of broken merchandise stands true. However so far I have had the same issues.If you have to spend ANY amount above what they sell their products for DO SO, you will be sorry for buying from this place. Its not a company its a place! SO PLEASE EVERYONE PURCHASE FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY AND DONT TRY TO SAVE A BUCK LIKE I DID!!! PLACES LIKE THIS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO SELL IN THE FREE WORLD,IN MY OPINION THEY SHOULD TAKE THEIR BUSINESS AND PRACTICES TO A THIRD WORLD COUNTRY WHERE PEOPLE ARE USE TO BEING ROBBED OF THEIR RIGHTS AND MONEY. THINK AGAIN BEFORE BUYING MY FRIENDS YOU WILL I REPEAT YOU WILL BE DISSATISFIED!!!!!!! ANY LAWYERS OUT THERE PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE MY NAME ON A LAWSUIT LIST AGAINST THIS CRAP HOLE PLACE!!!! I can assure you that IF you have called, there is no record of it. You need to call and ask to speak with customer service. The hours of that department are Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Time.

IF our employee's were unjustly rude to you, we would appreciate the name of that employee or employee's, so that they might be held accountable for that fact. It is never our intent to be rude, or anything other than polite, friendly, and helpful to our customers.

Clearly you have been in contact with the shipping company, and should therefore realize that it is in no way our fault that the shippers are having problems with your order, nor that they have it entered into their system as being delivered when it isn't. We are looking into those claims for you, and when we have a definitive answer for you, we will be in touch with you through the contact information you provided us at the time of your order.

Furthermore, we would like to ask that you refrain from the petty name calling, and childish behavior, when we are doing nothing but trying to help you. It is nothing but detrimental to the entire process.

I have tried to call you, I get nothing but "call back tomorrow" IN A RUDE RUDE WAY or somrone will return you call. What good is that? Your employees are very very VERY rude over the phone. Little young punks that can only be pricks over the phone because if they were in front of someone like me,theyd get slapped around like the little bitches they are.I too was very confused about the tracking number and what it said so I called the shipping company. They were nice over the phone(unlike your people) and they did say it shouldnt say that.

My order is stuck in limbo somewhere between North Carolina And Richmond. They appologized for the BAD INFORMATION listed on line.They did advise me I would be contacted soon by another freight company.Its funny how you always have the same complaints about your employees and company though. I highly doubt people are making this up,so nice try once again.You are consistant on your rebuttals and rudeness to your customers though.Once again to anyone thinking of ordering THINK AGAIN. Ignore their rebuttals TRUST ME YOU WILL BE SORRY.

As to your inquiry as to how we knew who this was about, that's because we do have such a small amount of complaints compared to the number of our sales. When there is a problem, no matter what it is, we DO pay attention, and we do everything we can to get that problem resolved, just like we did in your case.

At this point it is clear that all you want to do is complain for the sake of complaint, even though there is nothing left for you to complain about.

If you TRULEY did not receive this order yet, then you need to not only call our office, but call the shipper and speak to them about the fact that they are saying this has been delivered. As we have not had a phone call from you since the day you were given the correct information as to how to track your order, and the shipment is being shown as delivered, we had absolutely no way of knowing there was a continuing problem, as you claim there is. Again, if this is the case, we would be more than happy to file a claim against the shipper for a lost shipment. You can reach us here at the office at 708-669-1237.

In regards to your remarks about the amount of complaints verses our number of customers, there are somewhere around 50 complaints, a lot of these having been filed by the same people over and over again. That's around 50 complaints in 5 years. Which if you take into account the number of people who have filed multiple complaints puts us probably, honestly, around 30. 30 complaints in 5 years. We have had probably 1,000 times more customers than that, at least. We truly are not what you are trying to paint us as. We are simply a wholesaler, who sells to the public. We do every single possible thing to help our few customers who happen to have a problem, and the sheer number of customers we have who do NOT have a problem ever, is a testament to that fact.

No, I HAVNT GOTTEN THE MERCHANDISE! TRY again p***k.Lets see what other bull you can come up with next how about an answer to Where Is The Said Merchandise?! Oh yeah that would be against your great customer service policy to actually know what happens to the merchandise once it hits the trucks right! No other company out there does this. If you are trying to go off of what the tracking # says, try again, hell call the shipper. Timely my a*s its been over a month now. I work for a fortune 500 company maybe we can teach you what true customer service and follow up is all about. You probably dont want to learn any of that huh? Its just too easy to lie to customers!

I see on here how many complaints you have and if you have as many customers as you say you do then with my vague statement HOW DID YOU KNOW WHO IT WAS! Give up, I know, You DONT have that many! Just try being honest with people and less rude instead of a little b***h who can hide behind a computer screen or a phone and mouth off. Hell one of your employees even states how you are on this site and experience tells me to trust in her. We all have the same problems so accept this correct it and try to become reputable.

As far as the Merchandise I Still Dont Have, If It Ever Gets Here Who Knows If Itll Be The Right Merchandise Or If Itll Be Damaged Or Even All There. I can only assume from my experience so far it will be just like all the others damaged incomplete or just flat out wrong! One or all of the past WILL apply I am sure. ONCE AGAIN PEOPLE DONT BUY FROM LG WHOLESALES OR YOU TOO WILL GO THROUGH THESE PROBLEMS.

As we repeatedly explained to you when you called, when we received the tracking numbers from the day of your order, there was an issue with entering them into the system on the manufacturer's end. The glitch was taken care of within 3 days of your calling us. On top of the fact that your being "overcharged" as you put it, was simply a banking error in the amount of $20.00, which we immediately took care of, and processed a refund for you. The check for your refund was mailed on February 18th, 2008, as you know. Seeing as you have already received your refund and your unit as well, we feel that this complaint is filed against us in error, and feel that it should be removed. If there are any further problems or questions we urge you to call us at our office. 708-669-1237.
