Legion Limited Medical First HealthAXIS Insurance Company We were promised that this insurance would cover all of our needs and is not accepted and does not pay. Wayne Pennsylvania

We were looking for insurance under the ACA and HII Insurance Soltions contacted us regarding Legion Limited Medical. When they say Limited, they mean it. It was stated that this is a PPO and accepted everywhere. No one we have been in contact with accepts it and the insurance company could not point us to anyone that does. We tried to utilize the prescription part of the plan and again, not accepted. Upon calling them, they informed me that the doctor had to send them the prescriptions and they would forward to their pharmacy were it would be sent to the doctor. BS. Not real, just a delaying tactic to keep us paying. 

As payment was acutomatically deducted from our account, we pulled all of the money from the account and moved to another account as they consistently refuse to cancel our insurance.

They have called us "Well" over 100 times seeking continued payments. We request canellations and then we are transferred to "Supervisors", "Customer service People" etc. Everytime we are put on hold and then hung up on.

Avoid HII Insurance Solutions and Legion Limited Medical. They are relentless to collect but refuse to pay. What legimate company calls over 100 times (probably closer to 200 + times) which includes calls of up to 12 times per day. They do not want to hear the words "Cancellation" and are nothing but a scam.
