Beware of Len Woods, listed as Managing Director of iBusinessPlanning.com and Kirsten Woods, listed as Sole Proprietor of iBusinessPlanning.com!! "Len" Woods is the same Leonard Woods of MyBusinessAnalyst,LLC, a company with two rip off reports to its credit here for continually overbilling and overcharging clients' credit cards, sometimes 6 to 7 times the original contracted amount and then never refunding the overcharges. That's outright theft and he and that company ARE being investigated. Hence...the name change and the new company name. Compare iBusinessPlanning.com and the MyBusinessAnalyst.com websites and you'll see it's the same company that should be avoided. I was overcharged twice AGAIN after my first RipOff Report and never received any refunds. This guy, his wife, and all the various permutations of a company name he tries to hid behind are SCAM ARTISTS and WILL steal money directly from your credit with lame excuses as to why!!! I can't believe Visa and Mastercard still do business with him.
