 In July of 2016, Lendup Loans took two months of loans from my bank account. Up to that point, I had never missed a loans payment and had never been late repaying my loans. I've called their customer service center and they instructed me to email a copy of my bank statement showing the double charge. I've done that - three times! Each time, I receive an email response stating that due to the volume of emails received, they cannot help me with my issues at that time. They effectively cut off any legitimate claims that their customers have against them. Where does that leave us? Ripped off!
