Last month I had a representative call me from Lenox Capital and told me that I've been pre-approved for two credit cards. I have not recieved anything and I really want and need my money back.

I have five children living with me and I am the only income. Lenox Capital really needs to be sued! I will be willing to go to court about this situation.

Can the Attorney General sue and shut these scam artist down? I really want my $221.95 and block these people from calling my home any further.
