Do not order from Lens Marketplace!!!

This is possibly the only negative review I have ever posted. You would think paying $80+ for lenses, you would receive high quality lenses and great customer service. The shipping was fairly slow, but that was expected since it was international. When I received my lenses, I noticed the right lens was much brighter and thicker than the left lens. Once I tried on the right lens, my eyes turned horribly red and had severe irritation. I contacted their customer service and "Alex" said they only replace defective lenses if the lens is returned. They don't even bother paying for return shipping!! Instead of going through the trouble of returning my lens and getting it replaced, I asked for a refund. Once again, Alex said I would have to return BOTH my lenses in order to receive a refund.

I was fed up and decided I'd try to return the lenses. At the post office, they said the return shipping cost would be $90 to ship to Cyprus from USA!!!!! That is even more than the cost of both lenses. If this company wants to improve their customer service, they should send replacement lenses after the customer provides photographic proof for no cost... or at least pay for a return shipping label. A message to Lens Marketplace- By providing horrible customer service, you are losing existing customers, PLUS potential customers. If you had only provided better customer service, then I would have continued ordering from your site. The Solotica lenses are beautiful, but I want nothing to do with Lens Marketplace. I'll be taking my business elsewhere to another website that sells Solotica.
