I ordered on the 3rd week of November a lens by Canon which was suppose to be NEW, Canon 70X200mm L-Series USM F4. Included in my purchase was a extended 5 year warranty, lens covers, lens hood I paid extra for. When I ordered a man calling himself "Nathan," was the man insisting it was fine to order and they would ship via C.O.D. because I could not find my CC at that moment. I received a package that seemed a little small for what I ordered, but figured they put in at an angle to fit. I wrote the Money Gram M.O. to 360 Design Nation which I thought was a little odd, but figured it was a drop shipment.

When UPS left I opened it and found a Sigma 105mm EX in the box with the UPC label cut out from the box. I opened it thinking just maybe they fit my lens in the box? No, it was a Sigma Lens as stated on the Sigma box. I immediately called them and no answer. I then received a call back from 307-223-7216 and spoke with Nathan. He assured me that he would contact the warehouse and have a expedited return label sent to me to return it. I awaited it to come for 2 days, NOTHING. I called him again upset, no answer a english speaking answer machine came on I left a message.

About an hour later Nathan called me back. He told me if I was not happy I could send back for a refund that takes 7-10 days. He also told me the warehouse will be upset too because they sent you a lens that is sold for $1000.00 on their site. I looked up this lens and it is listed for $ 400.00 or less for the EX. I told him I would wait and send back, to get the right lens, I had NO interest in this lens or a refund. To date, 5 days later, no answer on 3 phone calls I left messages, receiving their answer machine.

I emailed him at info@lensworldwide.com and LENSWORLDWIDE.COM@domainsbyproxy.com, which I pulled up under the register.com whois lookup. I found there another phone and fax number for a Scottsdale, AZ address. The man Nathan has a east coast accent, possibly NJ or Mass? The number listed on the site is a Wyoming phone number. This shipment was sent from an address in San Francisco, CA. I paid $ 540.00 with my Money Gram Money Order.

I can be contacted at (((email redacted))) by anyone with similar complaints. I feel, from reading another complaint, with similar situations with a $999.00 Nikon order; this man is possibly commiting fraud and grand theft due to the website being so so new Dated : 06-15-2012, and the design of this website. This is my first complaint I have made and will seek more attention to this possible fake company. I sent them an email listed below:

Dear Management, 12-03-12

I received the wrong lens on 11-28-2012 via UPS. I received a Sigma 105mm EX. I brought to the attention that day to a Nathan that works for you, or yourself as the owner? I requested the lens that I ordered and was told that a expedited return label for the product I was shipped, to ship back. I paid     $ 540.00 via C.O.D. on the shipment I received with Money Gram Money Order, Payment made out to: 360 Design Nation, as requested, M.O. # 10XXXXXXXXXX. My order was paid in full, although I still have NOT received a return label to date 12-03-2012. I wish to make my final request for the product I did order to be shipped to me immediately. I will send back this lens that I have NO need for, nor Ordered. I do not want a refund, I want the Canon Lens. filter set, lens cover, lens hood, and 5 year warranty on a new product I paid for.

I will stand by for a response for another 2 days for you to sort. I do not wish to have to seek legal action for Criminal Grand Theft through L.A.P.D., IC3, D.C.A., and contact my Attorney for further Civil Action also. I just would like for you to have some professionalism and ship the correct lens in a timely fashion since it is PAID IN FULL. Please respond to me via email as soon as your earliest convenience. It has now been a week, 5 days, you refuse to answer my calls, and I do not have what I paid for. I have been patient and will give you two more days to make a decision on how you would like me to proceed? Thank you for understanding. I would like to do further business with you if this can be resolved quickly? But if I have to spend time going out of my way, you can count me out as a future Customer. This is my final request, thank you for hearing my complaint and understanding my frustration.

Sincerely,
Scott  XXXXXX
