I responded to a facebook ad to get two skin care products for my wife and I only pay$4.95 for shipping and handling.  I received one free sample of wrinke cream for my wife (very very small product).   I noticed my bank account was charged at first for the shipping and handling.  Then the product arrive and that day (2/16) my account was debited $94.99 and then yesterday, a few days later another $94.99 was debited.  When I called my bank they said they cannot do anything.   When I called customer service they said that someone else would be calling me back.  I have not received a call back.  I am trying to get a refund for both $94.99 debits which would come to $189.98.

  I can't find out how to contact these people.
