L'Envi These people make you think you are receiving a product for a trial. NOT. They start billing you after 14 days for this stuff which is of very poor quality. Before you know it they send yiou more of it and charge 94.00 for each jar. When it is sent to you there is no invoice with the product so you dont know how to send it back . then they tell you that you have to abide by the terms of the "agreement" . They dont send any paperwork with the product but they have pages and pages of "documentation" if you should dispute the charge. I tried to return this garbage and the return was REFUSED..They ripped me off for almost 200.00. Do not do business with this outfit. My next complaint will be with the BBB Johns Creek Georgia

Do Not Do Business with this company. They try to make you think you are participating in a " free  trial" but you soon learn that you are in a world of hurt. After 14 days from the day of your "ORDER" yoy are billed in excess of 90.00 for this stuff which is of very poor quality. Then before you figure out the first "order" has been charged the send another jar of the stuff with no invoice or any other paperwork. You then have to try and find out the "convenient" return policy and return policy.  By that time you have not complied by the "Agreement" and cannot return this stuff When I tried to return this product they REFUSED it because i did not have a RMA number. If you try to challeng this  company by disputing the charge they submit pages and pages of "Documents" to kepp your money.  They got me for almost 200.00 BUYER BEWARE!!!

Same ripoff different product

This is the same outfit that used to sell Premium Nutraceuticals which has over 300 complaints on this website.  The business address is not at the Johns Creek address as stated in the company literature but at the 4816 Technology Dr in Martinez GA

The  Johns Creek address is a "virtual" address according to the management company Regus Group in Atlanta

 This is the typical response from a consumer that does not wish to take responsibility for her actions. When this person placed her order, and she was entering in her payment information, a window popped up for her with an "I Agree" button. She clicked this button WITHOUT READING!!! Meaning that she DID in fact agree to ALL of the terms and conditions of the trial offer. Why is it ALWAYS someone elses fault when YOU ARE IN THE WRONG?!?!?! Why cant YOU take responsibility for YOUR ACTIONS?? Are YOU not an adult? This is on YOU for NOT READING!!! Had YOU taken the time to READ, YOU would have seen for yourself that YOU were entering into a reoccurring billing and automatic shipments. But since YOU DID NOT READ, the first thing YOU do is to go online and CLAIM its all a scam. When the REALITY is that YOU AGREED TO ALL OF IT!!!! Grow up princess, we are NOT buying what YOU are selling. Its a pack of YOUR LIES!!!! YOU just don't want to admit to ANYONE even yourself that YOU SCREWED UP!!!! Grow up you mouth breather and just stay off the web. It REQUIRES that YOU READ, and apperantly THAT is a task that YOU are ill suited to handle. You go right ahead and contact the BBB. Im 100% sure of two things. One, THEY could use ANOTHER good laugh at the USUAL consumer ignorance. And TWO that YOU CANT BE BOTHERED TO READ!!!! Oh and the BBB has ZERO POWER to do ANYTHING to resolve YOUR issue. The ONLY thing that will help you in the future IS READING!!!!!
