We purchased over $8,000 in Carpet for our New home

We purchased over $10,000 in Granite and Ceramic Tile for our floors

They first of all never finished the job and had to come back 4 weeks after we had moved in to complete the work. Then problems began. Our carpet which was high quality BERBER style with loops began to unloop in several spots around the house. We feel it was defective carpet but were told this was common so we left the 4 spots with loops popped up alone and made our home comfortable. After about a year, I got a shampooer in to clean the carpet which we paid extra to have scotguarded. He said, 1) it was Never scotchguarded and 2) there were many more loops--now more than should be in a 1 year old carpet. 

We then complained to Leonards about the 2 issues. The dirt never came up off a nearly white carpet and the loops were now catching in the vacuum and well let's just say, have you ever pulled on a knitted sweater? So they sent someone out to our home to inspect, and said they would contact us shortly. For weeks, I called, no reply, always said they would call back. Finally,it took them about 8 weeks to respond.

They sent the warranty for the scotchguarding in the mail!!!! NOTHING else. No reply on the defective carpet, and when I called they told me it was too late as it was past a year for anything in our home. 

Now the granite they installed on our countertops was getting pitted. It was like there was never a polish put on it. We didn't bother calling them. 

We had problems with our cabinets too. Don't know if they were the main hub for all this stuff in our home but they are definately the worst at customer service and have  Terrible products. If you go to their website, the comments section is CLOSED. What does that say? You cannot even email them~that was closed too. 

These guys should not be in business.
