 A scam artist and a crook. Told me he was interested in started buying me gifts and although I was skeptical, he convinced me he was a philanthropist. When my college tuition was due I needed to sell my bike to pay for school. Since he worked at a car shop he said he could buy it from me and sell it. My Ducati was worth $13,000 but he said he could write me a check for $7,700 since that's what I needed for that semester. I was desperate so I took it. Weeks later the bank informed that the account didn't exist. He created a whole faux check.
