I have a son in Redding with learning disability.
He bought 4 tires from the Redding Les Schwab. I rode in his pickup this weekend & noticed a bad vibration. He said he had the tires rebalanced so we stoped & I examined them to find the rear tires (mud & snow block type)to be wearing one block high & one block low. I advise him to go back to the store & ask for some kind of adjusment.
He was told that there was nothing they could do , because the uneven ware was due to schocks.
I had new sens-a-tracks schocks installed last year.
I feel my son was not given just consideration because of his condition.
I live in Auburn & could not go back to Les Schwab with him.
I dont think all Les Schwabs are run this way, But felt I must report treatment at the Redding one.
