Ocwen Federal Bank has found someone to do its Illegal foreclosure and I mean Illegal. Not one thing has been done by California Law. They have no phone number to contact them to inquire as to the reason and the amount and when it occured. They simply don't know and refer you to Ocwen Bank and you never are able to get through. The sale date is Dec 17th 2003 and according to the only notice that I ever received was taped to my door on the 28th of November and someone changed the date by overwriting the due date which was the 20th of November and they changed it to the 28th.

The notorized statement of the appearance of Ann Garbis Dated 10-10-2003 a "Default Servicing Manager" for I assume is for the California Attorney Les Zieve was in Florida and a Ms Snider was the Notary who verified that she indeed is who she said she was. Her Commission Number is DD22948 and the last number you can't make it out as it is not clear like all the others. Maybe a worn out 1 or 2 or 7. Probabally bogus But I think I might let everone see for themselves.

Now the Notice of Trustee Sale has a figure of 71,057.02 they say I owe. Now I just received a payoff notice and a reinstatement amount from Ocwen Bank which I would like to let everyone see and notice that the large difference of amounts they say I owe.

Dated 10/10/2003 66,391.89 Principal 4,696.78 Interest Interest arreage 20,484.37 Late charge of 1,425.74 Returned check of 50.00 Title reports 400.00 Certified Mail Cost 1,,105.00 stipulation setup 19.98 foreclosure cost 200.00 Foreclosure fee 411.00 property Valuation fee 324.33 Property inspection fee 73.00 payoff quote 10.00 escrow advance 632.23 and a credit for Suspence of 2.34 bring their total to a amazing 96,302.98.

The original principal Balance 69,150.00 dat Dec 1 1985
Interest per Diem 21.38%

To cure the default they claim I owe a whopping 10,336.96. This will stop the foreclosure.

Now I have 7,000.00 dollars for what was pass due as they refused my payments and started all this crap. So here it is guys the auction amount of 71,057.02 is different from the loan payoff I get from my potential new lenders. It blows everybody off and away. Something is very wrong here and I am looking at the paperwork as I write.

You see Ocwen Bank wants your loan and really don't want to sell it. It appears that they want to keep you in a holding pattern with them and if push come to shove they will take the house.

To all the hard work our legal team has done, Merry Christmas and to all who have suffered and still are we know your pain and will stop this madness. God Bless

loan was transferred to Ocwen and I was not aware did not receive any written notification

AUTHOR: TRINA - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, January 20, 2004

I had a home in Cincinnati, Ohio experienced a very unfortunate experience with Ocwen Bank. My home loan was transferred to Ocwen and I was not aware did not receive any written notification from the previous company that Ocwen would be servicing the account.

Therefore; the payments were made to the orginial holder Ocwen sent a letter advising me that they were servicing the loan and the account was 3 months delinquent in which I had copies of each payment received and cashed by the previous account holder. Ocwen advised me to mail in the one payment and the copies of checks cashed by the previous bank to undo notice that Ocwen did not accept the one payment sent it back to my and try to make the home go into a foreclosure status.

What a terrible experience and at the the I did consult an attorney however: there was going to be a lot of time invested in getting this matter cleared up therefore I contact another organization and refinance my home to save it from me taken from me. I will never forget this experience and it did have an effect on my credit history as well.

Fight them!! Get an emergency injunction!

AUTHOR: Robin - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, December 13, 2003

I wondered about you when the fires raged through CA, knowing that they were very close to your home.

I was so relieved when you posted and said they had burnt nearly to your door, but your home was spared.

You do NOT save your home from an Act of God only to let these bastards have it!! Please, fight them.

Gather everything you have and get it in clear, chronological order. I mean everything: cancelled checks, all these different payoff amounts.

Go to your nearest Federal courthouse and plead for an emergency injunction. Do it as soon as possible.

If you do not know how to do this, ask. I think you already know someone who will help you.

Please, do not give up now. Those Hartford judges cannot keep putting this off; it is looking very bad for them now.
