Leslie Kane Morgan & Associates, Keven Duraci & Joshua Trevor & Mr. Kane Credit Card, proceeding with court filing, paper service San Diego Internet

Recieved a call stating we were going to be served for a court hearing regarding a past due mastercard card, I called & talked to a man with a name he gave of "Joshua Trevor", he told me they had been given the account. I told him this account had been paid years ago aand we have not had a credit card since. I told him I have the reciept & wanted an email address to send it to. That was on the 5th of July 2017. I sent the copy and asked for an acknowledgment that it had been recieved. I never recieved anything so I called, got no answer but my call oddly went directly to "Joshua Trevors" voicemail, I left a message that I wanted acknowledgement of the email. I came home yesterday, July 10th to a message on my home phone from a "Kevin Duraci", so I called this morning, JUly 11th 2017 and asked to speak with "Joshua Trevor", I was told "Sadly, Joshua is out for a few days or more", the guy said can I help you? I told him the story and he said, "My director, Keven Duraci is just now walking in I will have him speak with you", so now I am a tad ticked off because I do not like re-explainging things, so I was a bit irritated when I once again explained what had happened. Kevin Duraci told me, "the mastercard account shows it is closed, but they have been handed another account for a past due credit card, a visa, I informed him that was BS as we have never had a visa credit card. He told me we had and asked if we were going to pay it, I said I am not paying anythimg until you send me some type of proof of this, he said, "m'am, I dont know why you are being fiesty with me, if you are not going to pay this I am going to mark this as a refusal to pay, you have a nice day" & he then hung up on me. 

So now, I am really pissed, I look up the company, I call, I refrain myself from screaming at this person, he tells me his name is "??? Kane", I honestly do not remember what he said his 1st name was. I explain to him what had happened and that we did not have a visa card, he tells me, "if Kevin Duraci said he was doing that then it is over," I said "what do you mean by that?" he says, they account will be marked as closed and you dont have anything to worry about.

This I beleive to be a scam, a scam that somehow these d******** have been able to run credit checks on people & are finding old credit issues and getting people to pay them for fear of going to court or having it on their credit history. 

I am here to warn others, do NOT pay any creditor over the phone of internet, make sure they send you a copy of the report and do some research into the company they claim to be, I did & it led me here regarding these jerks
