Letty M Taburiaux of Sarasota, Fl. previously Murietta, CA, and Anaheim Hills, CA.
This woman hired my company to service her swimming pool somewhere around 1998 when she was living on Tiber Dr., Anaheim Hills. I was about 22 years old. Letty Taburiaux would call with what seemed like the most bizarre pool related questions and stories as a ruse to talk to me and get me to come over. We began a friendship, she explained to me in her words that she was basically a single mother, as her husband lived in Saudi Arabia for work and she rarely ever sees him. It became evident to me that Letty Taburiaux had a crush on me. She took an interest in my business as well and claimed she could even help me. It was only my 3rd year in business and I was struggling as all businesses do in the beginning. Letty M Taburiaux told me on numerous occasions she was "rich" and even claimed her father who had passed away left her "a lot of money".
Letty called me one day claiming her husband Andre was gay and he wanted a divorce; she sounded distraught, I drove to her house as a friend to console her. When I arrived at the door she starting kissing me. Being 22 I capitulated. Our friendship increased into a relationship and we began talking on the phone on a regular basis. I had no idea how old she was at the time and it's rude to ask a woman her age. Little did I know until later she's older than my own mother! We began to go out to dinner together and started a sexual relationship. We even took a trip together to Las Vegas, NV and stayed at the Bellagio, her favorite Hotel/ Casino according to her.
Over the next few months Letty even began to offer me financial help in the form of a business loan. The first loan I began was $5,000. or in aggregate totaled to that. The second and last loan was $10,000. For the record, I repaid them BOTH! I never once asked her for anything, she offered and I accepted. Being older now If I could go back in time I would not have accepted any assistance from her. Additionally, I would have severed all ties!
Weeks turned into months and Letty became incessantly obsessed with me. One time when I was leaving the apartment I lived in at that time walking down the street to my car I see out of the corner of my eye a familiar car. A closer look and a familiar face, just sitting there. It was Letty Taburiaux. I asked her "what are you doing here?" I dont recall her reply it was 16+ years ago. I recall feeling uncomfortable.
During one phone conversation about a month before Christmas we were talking about superfluous topics and came onto cars, Letty asked me "what is your favorite car?". At that time there was a certain model Mercedes I had a fancy for. Specifically a white s320 sedan with chrome stock rims, not polished but chrome. They had to be chrome. Within about 10 days Letty bought this exact vehicle WITH CHROME RIMS drove to my apartment and let me drive it on our way to dinner...... I was so confused, was she trying to buy me?
Fast forward to Christmas Letty invited me over to her home for a Christmas dinner with my brother. The caveat was her husband (who wanted a divorce according to her) would be flying home from Saudi Arabia and she wanted me to meet him. I acquiesced; my brother and I attended dinner. It was highly awkward as her husband Andre didn't seem to know what I was told, that he wanted a divorce, in my conversation with him the dialogue didn't fit anything she had been telling me the last few months. I was beginning to feel like a fool and Gigolo. For Christmas Letty gave me a new black leather jacket. After dinner we all went to a Christmas party and I wore the jacket. The host of the party was a coworker of her husband and was having a bond fire. I remember being scolded by Letty for standing so close to the fire with my 'expensive' new jacket.
After meeting her husband whom I really liked and came to the realization they were not separated or going through a divorce (as she suggested) I began to distance myself.. I discussed with her husband that Letty offered to loan me money and I had every intention of repaying the loan in full. Which I did. I wouldn't accept her phone calls and we stopped their pool services. Letty being a Gemini 6/11/1955 the twins sure came out. Early the next year Letty began having her attorneys sending me threatening letters to my apartment and I found out later she had the audacity to file for a protective order against me. WTF!! I was never served and found out sometime later about the filing. Because I rejected her advances she became vindictive and had her attorneys, (the same attorneys she claimed she saw to discuss the assets for the divorce she claimed she was filing for) file for a TRO in Orange Court. You b***h!
I have never been arrested, I have no criminal record, no conviction and you besmirch my name because I wont be your boytoy or be lied to further about your husband. You are truly a pos! This woman was obsessed with me, she even stalked me outside of my apartment sitting in her car, she tried and failed to buy me. The only thing I ever received from this woman besides having my good name maligned in the system is a leather jacket. The two loans I paid back in full. I accepted no other gifts. I am not sure what became of that application as I have never seen it, only heard about the filing. If anyone had a right to feel in danger or stalked it was ME!! I never called her, never drove by her house, never emailed her, never text her, never mailed her anything.. I wanted NOTHING to do with her after I met her husband.
