This company is a scam. The owner Robert Casto of 165 Arcadia Rd Westwood, MA also owns Belgrade Auto at 46 Belgrade Ave in Roslindale, MA so consumer be aware. We serviced 6 Walgreen Pharmacy Locations in MA and did thousands of dollars worth of work for them and haven't been paid a cent. Kristin Cassetta never gets back to me and now the phones are shut off! We worked for them in June, July and August of 2010 and still have not been paid! I have contacted an attorney to help collect and also Walgreens. I don't know what the problem is. Should we file a lawsuit, protest at the owners car dealership or home??

The best way to get even with this company is to notify the F.B.I Boston office ( 1-617-742-5533). Level 1 maintenance and its predecessor C.S.P Solution are scam artists at thier finest. Most sub contractors get completely ripped off, but if they really need the work to get done they will string you along with the most minimal of payments. Sadly they do the same to employees and if you voice your opinion about the practices your sent packin'. Enough complaints to the right people ( f.b.i), and something will finally be done to these crooks.
