I purchased a USB JumpDrive with $15 rebate from office max 12/20/05 and mailed 12/21/05 with all the required documentation. Get post card stating rebate invalid. Called 3/07/06 and told that submission date were valid but I must resubmit the information. I refaxed info - Nothing. Called and spoke w/supervisor on 3/21 he informed me that everything was submitted properly and would send case to special investigation and it would take 7 - 10 days to resolve. 4/21 nothing! Called back same old song need to go to special investigation wait 7 to 10 days. They make you jump thru hoops and hope you give up and go away. Never participating in an OfficeMax rebate purchase again.
