 I was contacted by Carole Goddard, a rep for the company. She coerced me to enroll my husband and myself in their program, claiming that since we had joint accounts, it was best if we were both enrolled. She told me that I could cancel within 5 days and I would not be charged. I realized that their "services" were a total scam and cancelled 2 days later. My credit card was subsequently charged $59.95, $14.99 twice and $19.95. They have continually called and emailed my husband. When he contacted them to inquire as to why they continue to contact him and keep robbing our credit card, he was told that his account was separate from mine and that although I was authorized to enroll him, I was not authorized to cancel his account. So although they were not providing any service, they were continuing to charge. When he called, he was mocked by both "Eddie and his supervisor. They were very glib and condescendiung and refused to refund the money that they stole.
