Lexisnexis false background information atlanta Georgia

 I am writing this hoping it will help someone else. I am 23 years old have never been in trouble or had any problems with the law. I applied for my first apartment and was denied because my background check was done through LEXIS NEXIS and the wrong information was provided to the apartment conplex. LEXIS NEXIS doesnt give correct information because when the background reports are ran, it is ran completely off your first and last name and birthdate. No social sercurity number is given. When the information comes back it comes back false because there are millions of people out here with your same first and last name as well as birthday. Lexis nexis did provide me with the criminal court case number court dates and as much information as possible so i could check into is myself as well as wait for them to finish the dispute process. In order to file a dispute you have to provide them with your social sercurity number. I went to the county that the criminal offense took place in provided them with the information that LEXIS NEXIS gave me and the county provided me with certified documents  pictures, addresses and phone numbers of the person in question. I then emailed this information to LEXIS NEXIS hoping this woud hurry the dispute process along. If anyone has had a problem with this company it is best if you do exactly what I did and it will make a differance. I wish everyone else luck with your disputes.
