A representative by the name Tristen came into my store selling low rate on merchant credit card processing WMP.  He said my credit card terminal was not PCI compliance and talked me into getting another one if I signed up with WPM merchant account.

Tristen the rep. gave me some paper work to sign and nothing was said about a lease.  He said I can cancel at any time,  about 2 weeks later I received a letter LFG, stating I was under contract and I had a lease payment of $39.00 for 48 month.

 I tried several of time to contact them and they blew me off.  I finally contact someone and they said I cannot cancel and if I wanted to cancel I needed to pay 2,300.  I refused and send the Terminal back.

Know I received a Summons Letter from NY Civil Court of New York from Attorney Joseph I. Sussman.  This attorney is also involve in New York and they are going by NorthWest leasing Group, LLC.  Same Scam.  I have contacted the General Attorney of NY to see what can be done to stop these crooks.  

The summons I received look real and said my court date was February 26,2013, but they mailed the Summons  letter 3/12/2012.  I received it on 3/15/2013, It's not even signed by a judge.  I'm contacting SD District Attorney also to help with this fraud.  LFV, DO NOT USE LFG
