LG Electronics LG Electronics Mobilecomm USA LG Destroyed My Esteem SIM card in repair and Phone is now Worthless. Did this happen to you? Huntsville, Alabama

I arranged to have my one month old LG Esteem repaired by LG. I did this through their online chat and I have a copy of the chat log proving what they told me.  I packed my phone as they instructed and sent for repair. It came back with no SIM card. The sim card is different with the metropcs/LG Esteem phone. It is NOT replicable, and my phone is now worthless. I called them , they have admitted they were unaware of this problem and admitted that it happened to others. They said they were working on a replacement phone for me. It is now months later, they don't return my calls, they keep saying they don't have a phone to replace mine. It told them to cut me a check for 450 and I would have one within 24  hours from the store. I have now read this has happened to others. I want you to contact me if this has happened to you. WE need to start a law suit. I have proof they didn't tell me to take the sim card out. I copy and pasted the chat instructions. We need a lawyer! LG claims they were unaware of the problem untill my complaint, and that is not true since I have found other online complaints dated prior to my "repair" of a phone that kept shutting on and off and freezing.
