LG Phone advertised as 4GB memory but only 1.27GB total memory on phone. False advertisement. International company Nationwide

I purchased the LG F6 phone that was advertised as having 4GB of internal memory however only 1.27 TOTAL memory was present. 

Even less available memory. So they basically must have put in the wrong memory into the device. I searched online and the same thing has happen to a lot of other people. I would not trust a company which only gives you 31% of the advertise memory. 

My friend has another LG phone (L90 )  which has advertised 8GM of memory and when you get into the phone settings, it actually said you have 8GB of memory. So the L90 has the correct memory but the F6 only has 1.27GB instead of 4GB of total memory. Total memory is the available memory plus the used memory.

Customer support are Indians reading a script without any understanding of what you are saying.

I would avoid any company that advertised 4GB and gives you 1.27 like the plague. I am not sure how many people have had this problem but I would gladly join a class action lawsuit against them for this false advertisement.
