I bought a pair of shoes from them on December 12, 2013. The shoes were never sent, and weeks later my order still said "Processing." I emailed the company contact several times, never got any response, and never got any item in the mail. They completely ignored me once they had my money.

They only accept PayPal, and at the time their order guidelines said allow several weeks for delivery, which is outside the PayPal claims window. Remember, YOU ONLY HAVE 45 DAYS TO FILE A CLAIM WITH PAYPAL AFTER YOU BUY SOMETHING. Companies like this will try to get you too wait until that claim window has closed.

To this day, IN FEBRUARY, my order still says "Processing" on the status page. Fortunately PayPal refunded my money, but other people probably have not been so fortunate. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
