I purchased a puppy from LISA 2 years ago. He is a gorgeous, healthy and fabulously intellegent pet! Lisa has always been extremely helpful and even sent me pictures of my growing puppy till he was old enough to come home. I visited her home and met her papillons. I was very impressed with what i saw. I have volunteered for 2 cat, one dog and one bird rescue organization and am very knowlegeable about good breeding practices. Hers are the best, with pups being raised in a family environment, and very well socialized. At the time i visited Lisa she had 5 adult papillons and one litter. As far as her reputation with other breeders....I was referred to Lisa by one of the top breeders in the NW, because that breeder did not have what i was looking for at the time. Does that sound like a bad reputation to you?? She recommended only the best quality puppy food and has nothing but the best advice. Her dog SONNY was stolen from his kennel attached to the house. I even helped to list the theft on CRAIGSLIST. You should be ashamed of yourself for writting such inflammatory, libelous lies about her. I hope she sues you! At least you could spell check and watch your English! Your stupid diatribe sounds like it was written by someone without much intelligence! Perhaps it takes a stupid, small minded person to write such garbage about another person. To be really honest, you sound like someone that she REFUSED to sell one of her precious puppies to! I was shocked when I was made aware of this report about Lisa. I have bought several Papillons from her and have never had a problem. When I ask her questions she is more than willing to come up with a solution. If the need arises I would not hesitate to get another puppy from her.

I have known Lisa for about 6 years, she lives close to me so I have seen her dogs and how they live many times. They are well taken care of and have a wonderful large yard to play in.

The comments that were supposedly told this individual could not be true because Lisa does not talk to people like that. It is obviously made up.

I love my dogs very much and would never defend anyone that I thought was neglecting their dogs in any way.

I bought my "Buttons" from Lisa (you can see Buttons on her webpage: (((link redacted))). She was hand-delivered to me and came to me very clean and healthy, and is a very well adjusted, well rounded Papillon...she is now my son's dog, and will be with us for the rest of her life. You don't get a personality like hers by coming from a place that doesn't take good care of their dogs! I have no complaints what-so-ever on the quality of service I have received from Lisa. She answers every single email and every single question I have, and I would not hesitate to do business with her again.

I had considered another dog from her, I think her name was "Flash". Ultimately, I could not come up with the money, but while I was considering her, I called the dog's breeder to find out why she was not kept back for showing and breeding, because she looked absolutely beautiful, and she came from a very well known breeder who has shown many dogs...... and that breeder told me to not buy that girl because she had bad patellas, and also that a dog in her pedigree was known for throwing bad Patellas. So....my first thought was, "why would you sell a dog (of your own breeding) to a breeding home, knowing full well she had bad patella's?" And why would you keep breeding your male, if you knew fully well he throws bad patellas??? It doesn't add up, unless she was a puppymill...and IF that were the case, she sure has people fooled!.

I knew right then and there that it was some kind of vendetta thing (pardon my spelling and grammer), because what breeder in their right mind, would bad-mouth their own breeding, after having sold it as show/breeding quality!?! If this dog did have bad patella's, she should have been spayed and petted out, not sold to a breeding home! And since that breeder is so well known as being reputable, I've concluded that her dog that she sold to Lisa probably didn't have bad patella's at all, but for what ever reason, she thought it would be worth trashing her own line just to prevent Lisa from making a sale....or to prevent me from getting her.

I don't doubt that Rob from Arizona heard these things about Lisa, because I know where he heard it from, as I've heard it from the same place, and I'm sure she's saying similar things about me for having done business with Lisa.....what is sad is that he is obviously playing right into their little game and believing everything he is told without verifying it with the vets who actually treat the dogs. He should not be posting "hear-say" and GOSSIP without any facts to back it up.

This is the kind of back-biting that makes it so hard for people to enjoy breeding and showing this wonderful breed! These big-wig breeders are INSANE to bad mouth their own lines, just to make someone they don't like look bad! Don't play in to it!

In re-reading this scathing report from Rob in Arizona it is apparent that, if Rob is a real person, he was not approved to buy one of Lisa's dogs. Sounds like sour grapes to me and a mean-spirited way to get revenge. By the way, when I asked Lisa about dog food, she recommended a top brand. None of this negative report makes any sense.

I am shocked and dismayed over the report against Lisa Tutt and her beautiful Papillons filed by Rob from Arizona. Here is my story.

After much research and inquiry, I decided to buy my first Papillon from Lisa Tutt in 2006. I spoke to many breeders, conducted many internet searches, and finally decided on Lisa. I did this because I felt her intense personal desire to place her Papillons in homes that would love them as she does, and I was confident in her commitment to the breed.

After I purchased my first Papillon from Lisa, I was hooked. Her care and concern was, and is, complete and onging from the start. As a result, I purchased my second Papillon from her a year and a half later.

Both of these dogs are amazing, beautiful, smart, and ... no kidding ... they stop traffic. No matter where I am, people literally stop me and ask me where I got my dogs.

Lisa has always kept in touch with me, sharing news of her wonderful dogs while always remaining interested in what my two babies are doing. When Sonny and his pup were stolen, Lisa sent out urgent messages to everyone on her mail list, soliciting help to bring her beautiful dogs home.

Do not believe the negative comments written about Lisa or her Papillons. She is forever intersted in how her dogs are doing ... she offers an unconditional return policy, and she is always available to answer any questions. Any time I have asked her for advice or ideas, I have received a response within less than 1 day. I would like to point out that this person, Rob, from Arizona who trashes Lisa and her reptuation as a breeder, first of all, lacks basic English skills. He indicates her dog Sonny was "ate" by coyotes, and she will do anything to "sale" you a dog. Please. Tell me where the credibility is here.

I have referred many people to Lisa and will continue to do the same. God forbid anything ever happened to my two beautiful Papillons, but if so, I would turn to Lisa immediately.

I have seen many sub standard Papillons ... I stand by Lisa Tutt and her beautiful dogs, as well as her commitment to breeding beautiful, loving Papillons in a loving home environment.

That report was also filled with information which seemed to be false and could not be verified. Some similarities in the complaints as well as both complaints mention other breeders............ Certainly some statements which seem outrageous and hard to believe. Is this another breeder, or a person you both refused to sell to or maybe a breeder you both refused to sell to? Based on this; That is very untrue. We are an excellent example of a good home. We only wanted one Papillon and would have given it an a wonderful home and care. This sounds more like someone who was refused placement of a puppy for whatever reason. If they ARE a breeder, I would be a little scared to buy from THEM based on the reports which have been filed. *just my opinions*

This is a false report issued by a truely disrespectful breeder. She has repeatedly harrassed me, told lies, and used pseudonyms to promote her lies. i have many happy people who own my fine papillons. you can contact my vet direct to clarify any issues on health and care of my PET papillons, who i breed as a hobby, with only the intention of providing others with the very best of papillon quality. my vet information is DR.
