I received this letter and check earlier this week. The letter said I had to contact them to get the money. I called and could not understand the man due to his heavy accent. I asked to speak to someone else. He kept going and on and I couldn't understand what he was saying.
Finally, I asked him if this was a scam and he said "Ok, you think it's a scam so nevermind!" Then he hung up on me.
