Liberty Ford Trade-In Ripoff on Lemon Randallstown Maryland

The shady dealers at Liberty Ford in Randallstown MD sold me a vehicle with known problems without saying so. This all started online where I found the car on multiple websites including Autotrader and Truecar. I called down to make sure the car was still available it being 200 miles from where I lived. The first person I talked to on the phone told me that there was a guaranteed $5000 trade-in on the vehicle it didn't matter what I had to trade. I was very happy about this of course so I lined up a means to purchase the car being a few year old Honda still under warranty. The day before I was due to purchase the vehicle someone called me and preceeded to tell me that the trade-in was INCLUDED in the price online (In the small print mind you). This was the same price that was on the multiple websites that was supposedly in small print that I saw nowhere. That being said the price was still in line compared to other cars that were similiar on other websites.

I still decided to purchase the car which I now regret doing completely. I checked the carfax report and did the best I could do in checking it out on the websites. The car looked clean when I got there which was at night and while it was raining. I took it for a short drive and everything seemed ok at first. By the time I got home and drove it for a few days I noticed a problem with the clutch which was supposed to be under Honda warrranty. Took it to a dealership near wherer I live and it is an issue that Honda will not cover under their drive-train warranty. This dealership has been very shady from the start and took advantage of me not living around the area thier dealership is in. On top of getting nothing out of a trade-in and paying a fair price for the car that seemed ok at first I now need to pay $1500 for a new clutch. BEWARE of this dealership.
