Out of curiousity looked them up after having a terrible experience with them. Complete waste of my time. My impression was these guys were shady at best, unprofessional and unethical at worst. They want to lock you in for 60 days and let the clock run out. A bank will lock you in at the same or less rate for 90 days and can approve you in 2 weeks. I recommend you go to the bank directly, there is absolutely no reason whatsoever to use these brokers as a middleman unless you are just a gluten for punishment.
