Liberty Mutual Insurance Jacks up Rates for Nonprofit Org. Internet

Liberty Mutual Insurance, the huge insurance company located in Boston, MA with offices all over the United States raised the worker's comp of one nonprofit $1,500 to $8600, suddenly without explanation, and without an apology.  They also attempted to extend our cancellation date several weeks beyond the actual date in order to collect more money but finally gave us back the actual cancellation date.  They are also trying to charge worker's comp for unpaid volunteers.  This is insane.  It is almost impossible to speak to a human.   This is depersonalized customer service at its worst.
