Right, Ilistened to their speil. I got dazzled with the BS about how much money I can make.

 So my first week I am told to call our book of business, locate all the people with term policies, call them, tell them that they are about to lose their policies due to policy expiration, or their premiums are set to skyrocket, set up an appointment and convert some of it to whole life.

 I did. Turns out, some of the old term policies wouldn't expire until the insured is nearly 100! Or the current term wouildn't expire for another 5+ years. Or I see a copy of their currrent policies and see that it is a real good policy and conversion to term would be more costly in the long run... So in other words, I was told to screw clients.

 I had another client looking for 200,000 insurance on himself. He has diabetes. The most I can write on him is 15K and it would cost him 150 a month. I was told to tell these sorts of clients that only we can insure them because of their diabetes. Not true at all. He found another company to insure him for 200K for the same monthly premium...
