Liberty national Radu Radu Agency Lied to, scam naperville Illinois

This is an unfortunate & inaccurate report filed by an agent that used to work for us... although if they did work for us they would know that our products & services have the most competitive rates in the industry.  Liberty National's motto is "to protect & serve the American middle-class."  We are directly affiliated with Liberty National contrary to what is said here.  We are a captive agency and only allowed to sell Liberty National products.

This is the interview process.  The first interview, an individual interested in the position, would come in and meet with someone of the executive leadership team for about 5 minutes.  If a mutual interest exists we will invite them to the group portion of the process.  Here is when the Agency Owner, will give an approximate hour long presentation.  The purpose is full disclosure - our history, job duties, compenstation, advancement opportunities, performance expecations and so forth.  Afterwards, we will bring back candidates over the next few days for final interviews to discuss any additional questions that we each might have.  We are not an open door - we are selective in who we bring on board as a 1099 contract employee.

Each agent and/or manager has job responsibilites that are outlined in their employee contract.  The word 'demand' the individual used, most likely & unfortunately, was a way for someone to vent that they lack a strong work ethic. Performance expectations are clearly defined from the beginning.

Finally, we have no in-bound marketing & therefore absolutely zero leads are passed out.  However, we do have an existent book of business that is distributed based off your weekly performance. There is no favortism, however, we do & will continue to recognize individuals at our organization that display great attitudes & give 100% on a daily basis without having someone to remind them to do so.  We will celebrate these individuals because they are the ones that will best help & serve the businesses & customers we care so much about.
