Virgin Lottery - Liberty Sweepstakes Ripoff! they had me cash a check Edmonton Alberta

I call to see if it was true that I had won. the man said yes and i would get a check in three days and to cash it and send them 3,500 dollars western union. for the taxes he told me to go to my bank but i didn't. i went to a check cashing the teller call the bank, the bank said the check was good. so she cash the check. i then was going to send the check, but the teller said there was no business address and i should check it out before sending the check because it was for taxes. There should be a address not a post office box.

I went online and found out it was a rip-off and didn't send the money. i call them back and he hang up on me. i payed my bills with the money. he said i would get a check the next day for 41,000 after they got the 3,500. Now the check cashing place want me to pay the money back i don't have because i payed bills. who do i call now.
