Liberty Tax - (Annie Fuller, Owner Liberty Tax filled my taxes with out me knowing anything! Chattanooga, Tennessee

I went to liberty Tax service with my last check stub for a tax quote.I decided not to get my taxes done there, because the fees were 300.00 after they susposedly gave me 25% off.The man said he would shreed my information.I told him thanks for your time.Sounds simple huh?Well when I left the store I went home and a friend of mine prepared my taxes for me for free.A few days went by and I got a call form the manager of Liberty Tax in Dalton her name is Krystal.She said ''I have something for you,but I need your w-2 forms.'' I didn't give it much thought and went on about my day.I thought it was a promotional thing they had.Well I soon found out I was dead wrong!The IRS rejected my return I was shocked and couldn't figure out why.then I thought...Liberty filled my taxes without my signature, and without my w-2 forms.Right away I called them and sure enough it was true they did.They tried to tell me I signed the e-file autorization form, but I knew I had not signed it, I had no reason to.I was very upset and was crying,because like everyone I was counting on my taxes to get me out of the finical hole I'm in.I went to the office and ask to see where I suspostedly signed and it was clear there was nothing on the paper except there signature.Where I was suspost to sign was highlghted,and was blank.I ask if I could have a copy of that and they said since I had not signed I could not have copies of it even though it was my childerens s.s number and mine.I left the office very upset,and a lady named Amy called and said she was the investigator for the company.She promised that they would give the $300 they took from my return without me knowing and they would do an ammended return since they messed my return up cause they had no income info on me.I agreed to this and went to the office to start the ammended reture.While I was there I was asking who Amy was and they told me that it was Annie who called me.I called the number back and sure enought it was annie Fuller.She pretended to be the investigator for the company.I ask the people in the office why she did that and they said she had her reasons.After that i called Annie and ask about the 300.00 she told me she would meet me in the store in Dalton in an hour I waited 6 hours in town calling them every hour and tried to call annie and she never answered, and they said the traffic was bad and that she was stuck in traffic.On the seventh hour of waiting,I was tired of calling her and the office so I called coporate.One month later I got 240.00 of the 300.00 Prep fees back, and they tried to get me to sign the e-file signature befor they would give me the money.I refused and so they callled Felica and she told them to give it to me anyways.so they did.They never even filled the ammended return with the IRS like agreed.I'm sure when she sees this she will say she tried to call me but that's not true I have all the phone records where I called her,and never received a call back.i'm taking legal actions aginst them and need anyones help who has had any similar experence with her to call the Governors office and make a complaint.The number is 1-404-656-9018 Thanks for your time.
