I made a whopping 1500 this yr as a consultant. The IRS had a few bucks headed back my way. The deer in headlights emplpoyee prepper seemed like she was completely clueless. I wondered if she even worked there at one point.
At the end of our easy 30 minute session, she said, " ok you owe...oh my, I cannot charge you that! It would not be right!" She said let me see what I can do...ok you owe $225.
FOR A TAX RETURN FILE THAT TOOK NO LESS THAN 35 minutes of her time? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? How can these people sleep knowing they are bleeding those who can LEAST afford that kind of payment! The advertised price is way lower than this! STAY AWAY FROM LIBERTY!
Oh hey - they even cut out coupons to give me to give others as a referral to use them for $50 for each person that comes in.
NOT HAPPENING!
I cannot tell you this enough - this service is a RIP OFF
They call over and over and when I called back and left a message for the one who kept calling (Chris) he never called back.
Use the library next yr and go to one of the how to file classes. NEVER EVER trust these people to do your taxes.

If you only made $1500 you can file your own taxes for free and it would likely take you far less than 35 min. Why in the world would you hire a professional to do something so simple? Of course the price is outrageous. If you hire an electrician to come to your house and change a lightbulb, do you think that is cheap?
Every April I'm stunned at the number of people with dirt simple tax returns that are paying professionals to punch a few keys on a computer. I happen to have a fairly complex return every year (lots of schedules and forms). I can still do it myself in about an hour.
