liberty unsecured loans i was promised a loan for $3,500 and was told i was approved for this loan coral springs Florida

 in early april 2013 i was contacted by wenda moore saying that i was approved for a loan of $3,500. when i told her that my montly income was $979.00 she said that it was not a problem. on may 3rd 2013 i had sent them the $499.00 processing fee. that same day i was contacted by mark andrews about what the money will be used for. he had said that the loan looked good and to answer evey call from the loan companies. in the coming days i was contacted by two lenders offering me only loans for $150.00 when i contacted wenda moore to tel her this, she seemed suprised and was transfered to dave stern. i had then asked for a refund he said that i could not get a refund. but i to was told that i could be approved if i could find a co - signer. i could not find one. he told me that he knew someone who worked at a banco popular branch in brooklyn that could help me. when i still could not find a co-signer i had wanted a refund. he told me again that i could not get a refund, but he could se what he could do to help me. i should also state that the reason he said that i could not be approved for the loan was my income was an issue. if that is so, why did'nt they say i could not be approved and not taken my money?
