libertyclub.com Ripped Me OFF!!!!!! saint louis, Missouri

Okay so one day I was "thinking" about taking a payday loan. I for the life of me can not remember which loan company I was going through. However I DO know that I was never on Liberty Club's website. I decided not to take a loan and saw on my bank account a withdrawl of $34.19. I was concerned and called the 1-800 number attached to the statement. They canceled my service (which I was never informed that I had) and directed me to their refund website. It has been almost a week and I still have not recieved a e-mail or refund. I have called them every day and plan on doing so until I get my money back. Unfortunetly their "service is down" so they can not access my account or refund status.  I tried to go on their website and check out the portion that allows you to check your refund but they want my bank account and ssn to locate it. Are you kidding me???? They clearly can find out that I requested a refund by my confirmation number so why can't they just use that to check the status of a refund????? Do they think that someone that demands a refund is going to just give out their bank account number again so they can take money out again???? I understand that this company is probably outsorced, but oh my god do they really think Americans are that stupid, to give a company that rips them off, their account number again?? But however there are probably thousands of companies that do stuff like this and for some reason nothing is getting done. I just wonder how much longer we have to go through this before someone can figure out a way to make websites just a little more secure. I really hate that I am going to be cringing everytime from this point on to check my account. I am normally not a parraniod person but (and I hope more and more people do the same) from now on when I go online it is just going to be for fun where no one gets my phone number, bank account, or my credit card number. Just remember these "companies" are praying off of innocent people like us so be extra careful next time you make a purchase.
