I trusted this site because I received good service from them during my use in 2008. They refuse to give a physical address only a P.O. Box # 802536 / Dallas, TX 75380-2536.
But, December 27, 2012 was a different story. I decided to pay through Pay Pal so I would not be revealing my Credit Card info' to the merchant, Jill@life-answers.com /Jill@Life-Answers.com,

I receive an email from Pay Pay thanking me for joining and stating:
You sent a payment of $40.00 USD to Life-Answers.com (Reports@Life-Answers.com)
Life-Answers.com sent the following: Thank you again for ordering a report from Life-Answers.com.

I clicked on the link and it took me to another payment screen. I immediately called Pay Pal. They assured me everything had gone right on their end and gave me Life-Answers number.
I called (972) 708-5154 twice and got the same answer each time: i am only the answering service, i can only take your information and someone will be in touch with you in 3-5 business days.
There went my money; no one was really concerned that i did NOT get that for what i had paid.

The person who wrote this post is obviously just an angry/sad person who makes the Ripoff Report a bad place to get information. I have purchased several readings from Life-Answers and I have never had any issues.
I had also called the same number because when I purchased my reading from Life-Answers I accedentally typed in the wrong date of birth. The agent was very helpful and my report was updated the same day.
After doing my own research I found that Life-Answers is one of the oldest and most respected Numerology and Horoscope site on the web (they have been in business for over 15 years). I would recommend to anyone who is interested in Horoscopes, Numerology or even Astrology. I use my life guide every day and just love it.
