I was charged the initial $4.95 for this "free trial" on 2/25 and then got the invoice for $69.98 on 2/27 & decided to return them. So I called on 3/2 & asked to cancel my order & that I didn't want them & did not want to be charged anything! I asked the customer service rep exactly how I should return them to ensure I wasn't charged & all she said was to include the RMA number on the outside package. I mailed them back on 3/7 and today, 3/12 I was charged the $69.98! I called customer service & the guy told me that since today was 15 days from my "order date" they had to charge my acct because they have no proof I returned them! The website states that you just have to "CANCEL" your order within 15 days, which I did within 5 days!!! I have filed a report with BBB & I plan to tell everyone I know to stay away from this website. I am not happy & I will continue to push to get my refund! What a mess!!!!
