I was chasing my unused balance since May 2004, everytime I called or left voice mail for Life Sport and/or David Rysinski, they never returned any calls.
Finally, I had the chance to meet him in Auguest and he issuee my a credit notes on my unused balance. He also promised to credit my money not later than the coming Labor day.
In October, after not seeing the credit on my CC statement, I tried to call him, but the line was discounnected.
This is serious cheating!!! He definitely know the club will file the bankrupt in Augest. But he still promise to issue the refund...
I actually called him in his new club as mentioned by Martha(http://www.badbusinessbureau.com/reports/ripoff111399.htm). He's there and answer the phone!
I would recommend people don't go to this gym.

Ray, just how were you chasing me for a refund for money you never paid me personally? I find it disturbing that you believe I was aware of the company going bankrupt. If you spoke to any other employees of Life Sport you would know that no notification was given to anyone and no Sales, personal training or aerobic staff were paid period. If you have any proof to your statement, than could you tell me and everyone else on this site where to locate it so we can see who is telling the truth.
