I'm really sorry you had a bad experience natasha'. I read your review and it sounds to like you have a pretty good argument. However, I am part of their 90% success rate based on the happiness I found through them. I went through two years with no luck after joining. It was very frustrating but I had faith and decided to wait it out. It finally paid off when I met my wife.

So I kind of know where you're coming from, but I think you need to be a little more patient without hassling them all the time. All the information you'll need on each date before and after will be given to you. I know from experience that they contact you when they need to. It takes time sometimes but they always come through in the end.

I find it really hard to believe the story above. Every time I speak to someone about this company I only hear good. I am not the most social person at all. Because of that, I never really thought I would be able to find a suitable person for marriage. I was not getting any younger and realized I have to start trying soon. After hearing about this company from a friend, I checked it out and really wasn't happy with the price. I signed up anyway and took the risk. Since then, I have met really amazing girls and have had really great experiences. My social capabilities strengthened and I now know how to open up much better. On a scale from one to ten I would give them a nine only because of the high price. Everything else however is pretty impressive.

I was set up last may on the service and went through my interviews and screenings. by June I was set up with my first date. It didn't go so well, and I canceled the date. Within two weeks I was set up again with another date and this one lasted about two and a half months. Also this one didn't work out. I was a little heartbroken because it was him that canceled the date and not me and I was a little attached to him. I was contacted by the matchmaker again for a third date, and this time I rejected the date saying I was a little sad over the date. I told him to give me a couple weeks to gather myself and to check back in. The matchmakers name was Dan, and within two weeks Dan called me back and said that I really should try this match and get over my break up. I agreed and Dan set me up with Albe. Albe picked me up at my house and we went to a park. At the park he pulled out an Icechest and we grilled Entrecourt Steaks. I will never forget this date, first because we are engaged, and second because I couldn't pronounce the word Entrecourt. The date was fantastic and Albe and I have been together ever since. This valentines day he proposed and I agreed. We will be married in July.

I am sorry to hear that you had such negative results on the service. My girlfriend June also has signed up with them and has had a couple dates, nothing serious or long term, maybe a 1 1/2 month fling for a while. She is upset that the dates haven't worked out but she has told me several times that she has been impressed with how quickly she gets set up on another date.

I have been impressed with the service. My matchmaker Dan was very caring and when I told him I was upset, he was very considerate. When he found Albe he pushed me to get over it and to his credit, it worked!

On the other end, you have the occasional disgruntled customer that due to the large membership fee he paid, freaks out when he does not receive the results he expected and goes around the Internet posting negative reviews.

3 - Dating takes time and you have to be realistic. Many people have very strong egotistical images of themselves painted in their minds. They come to the matchmakers and demand profiles to meet their egotistical self image. Unfortunately for them other people view them slightly different them the way they view themselves many people on their wish list might not even be interested in looking at their face let alone dating them. Dating also takes time people are very different from each other and sometimes you have to go through many matches before you find what you are really searching for.
