In the meantime, if I were you two and you have any accounts, I would cancel them... you aren't being paid for them anyway AND it's likely the accounts may not even see what he is going in and collecting money for in advance and cheating the clients out of anyway.

AGAIN...more of the same accusations of people who have no idea one from the other who we are, yet the EXACT same accusations from JARRETT HOWARD PRATT. And THIS is with witness right here, in writing! Need I say more? Please see below:

EXAMPLE ONE: (Quotes from Steve Wirth's Statement under United Portrait Studios)

"As I began to produce more and more accounts for his photography business, JP suggested I find and train others to book day care centers for his Vintage Portrait business".

"Pat was one of the people responding to my Craigslist posting who I actually believed might be worth training. Pat appeared to be both capable and motivated and in fact, within a couple of days she booked three of four accounts".

"I submitted the accounts Pat booked to JP, he paid me a $25.00 'manager's fee' on these accounts. He told me he would send Pat a check in the mail. The very next week he sent me an e-mail stating that all four accounts Pat booked had canceled".

"Prior to the situation with Pat, JP had frequently told me that accounts for which I had been paid had canceled. It was only after he told me that all four of Pat's accounts had canceled that I became suspicious and called the centers that had purportedly canceled".

"I discovered that JP had been lying to me all along about the cancellation of accounts, basically concocting the story to pocket the money himself. From what I have been reading on RipOff Report this seems to be the pattern with this person".

THEN JARRETT WRITES THIS IN REBUTTAL:

THE EXACT SAME ACCUSATIONS when... when another person was accused of the same thing, someone separate from her checked it out by calling daycares to confirm the information only to discover... it wasn't TRUE. Compare the two stories... It's exactly the same information in different words, NOT TRUE. Would ANYONE keep someone on (until the run out on contractors and clients) for four months with this sort of activity? I don't think so.

JARRETT HOWARD PRATT RAN from Arkansas and went to Florida with his Mother, went to DIsneyland and had a grand old time...then there was rehab. Please. I would like Mr. Pratt produce a name of a Daycare that said they never booked with me that ANYONE showed up to and there was no booking... Yes, I know it's going to be tough considering you have "THOUSANDS" of "Happy Customers and Contractors" But surely, you retained ALL of this info while you were on the run. AND I supplied JARRETT HOWARD PRATT, with all of the appropriate information requested to include a W-2 (IC form) for the IRS, BEYOND his requests. What do you mean by " Bill her a 1099?" I have been independent contracting for 21 years of my life. I know exactly what I have to do.

I wonder if Pat and Steve had any idea that they were only two small cells in the world of JARRETT HOWARD PRATT's world of "THOUSANDS" of contractors?????? I was just amazed myself. If he's got THOUSANDS of contractors and clients, he's a millionaire, believe me! I'm curious WHY he would have bothered attempting to get ME to work for him again? This is so stupid it's almost obscene.

I just don't know that many companies that have "thousands" of employees much less independent contractors. Are you fortune 500 yet? Traded on NYSE? Can I buy stock?

In your entire LIFE you will never have "THOUSANDS of satisfied customers". Just after you gave THIS as your rebuttal, you sent me e mails offering to pay me what you owe me. As well, you offered to pay Pat. Said you owed Steve Nothing.

None of these things are true of me, and frankly, the FIRST report I made against you a year ago under Lifetime Studios, you NEVER rebutted and as a matter of fact, when you called me to ask me to work for you in March, 2007 ( which made me laugh hysterically, I know you remember) told me that one of the photographers read the report and had a real hard time trusting you after reading that report.

In the e mail you sent me tonight you told me how hard I worked for you and how you appreciated my work and were willing to pay me. So which is it? You're saying things on here and then e mailing completely DIFFERENT responses! Not that I'm surprised.

With this, I believe I will simply send ALL of this information to the attorney general's office in Memphis, since that's where you REALLY are and let them know what you're really about.

There's nothing crazy about it. Anyone unsure should read the OTHER report made by one of JARRETT HOWARD PRATT's "satisfied customers" under Lifetime Studios which was my original report in 2006.

This was a woman who was completely tormented by this person. Read it and judge for yourself.

Look folks, it's not likely that more than one person is going to have the same experience as I have had a YEAR LATER from completely different locations in the US. I don't know who these people are at all, I don't know Steve and I don't know Pat, yet we have the EXACT SAME experience??? As a matter of fact, I didn't know they existed until I was prompted to update my report which was prompted by the two NEW people who had the identical experience I've had a year later.

The woman in Florida, was another offshoot of James, Jarrett and Aaron and once I left that company AGAIN due to HORRID business practices, I knew nothing about until her clients began to call me after Christmas. I sent her a letter in writing resigning my position on Jan 3, 2007 and I ASSISTED her clients in locating her.

She left Grand Studios Inc. Of which JARRETT HOWARD PRATT is still associated, because she was promised payment and wasn't paid. She eventually received partial payment after her account was wiped out from paying her own expenses, flying all over the country and never being paid for her services.

Jarrett knows her very well as she was also selling portraits for Jarrett, James and Aaron in the past. They nearly sent her into bankruptsy. There are a million realities to this as well. All related to JARRETT HOWARD PRATT and his entourage.

I CAN say, she did pay her people! UNLIKE JARRETT, JAMES & AARON. She did mess over her clients which sent me to the edge and the MOMENT I realized that, I resigned. Her photographer even tried to help make things right for that woman's clients.

As I stated before, these jerks had access to some of the finest photographers, marketing people and sales people, but they messed over EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM. I guess I'll just have to scare up some of those people to post here, I'm sure they would be happy to do that.
