Lifetouch photos always be careful when ordering online with your debit card. jacksonville Nationwide (IL)

 I was sent my bankstatement in the mail I noticed there was an unathorized charge to my account by Lifetouch Photos the people who always do our kids photos at school every year. I called my bank who gave me the number to call lifetouch people at and I called them and spoke with a woman who told me that she does not see any charge that they charged me with in their system and for me to email them a scanned copy of my bank statement ( with my account numbers blocked out) and that i would hear from someone 2-3 days. I never heard back from them a week later so I called my bank again who adviced me to try to call them one more time. I called them and this time i was put on th ephone with a man who had a  thick accent and didnt really seem to understand me very well he did not know how to spell simple things like the word yahoo when i gave him my email address. Something felt very very strange. I called my bank back and told them i will be coming in to fill out an unathorized charge paper. I am never going to order from these people again. I ordered from them last year so they still had my information I guess!!
