Lift Kit Warehouse Empty Promise, Poor Customer Service RIPOFF Antioch California

Ordered new tires and rims from Lift Kit Warehouse. I asked for an inexpensive steel rim, but was offered a polished rim for the steel price. They said that they had some rims in the shop that would fit my truck, and because they stocked them, they could give me a good deal.

I made it very clear that I had to have the rims and tires mounted on the truck in 5 days. They told me that it was not a problem and took my $300 deposit.

While driving to the Lift Kit Warehouse to pick up my tires and rims, I recieved a phone call from them telling me that I would not be able to pick up the tire as promised. They then told me that they would not be able to get me the polished rims like they promised, because the rims were not in their inventory like they thought, but asked me to come back in a few days so they could mount the STEEL rims on the truck.

I asked if I could come in now to get the mounted on my rims mounted that were already on the truck, and if they would just ship my the polished rims when they came in. They told me that I would no longer get the option to purchase the polished rims and if I wanted the tires I would have to wait a few days and have them mounted on the steel rims. The whole reason from buying from this company was they promised that they could get the job done.

The owner called me and told me, "I have trucks from car dealerships here that I need to work on, and don't have time to deal with people like you, and we do not need your business." The owner knew I needed the tires and because the tires were special order and he was the only shop in town that had the tires in stock.
