Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
After discussing garage door replacement with company representative, I
expected a 10 year warranty just like my previous garage door, a
Stanley, which lasted 25 years. I should have asked to see a copy of
the warranty, but I trusted the sales person. I have now finally
reviewed the manual of this LiftMaster garage door opener and find the
warranty is only one year.
At this time, the garage door works fine and looks good.
If it fails or needs service from year one to year ten, I guess I will
get to meet executives from ASAP and LiftMaster in small claims.

It would topple the entire product service industry if you were to be the victor in a case based on an "expected" warranty.
Maybe you should join forces with the guy that expected GM to provide free repair on his 11-year old Malibu. (Ripoff Report 997606)
