Here is what light in the box sent me, and my responses... As you can see the message I received from them was Aldo sent in the same day they withheld my money!!

As you can see I didn't get their message until the 18th by then they should have refunded me by then!

I do NOT feel comfortable in sending a copy of my card and photo ID. So go ahead and credit my full refund back to my account.

That was the last I've heard anything and my ticket as they call it is closed where you can't reply that way.. So u opened their other weird way of contact which is live chat and the guy said he would contact the right department and that I would hear back in 24 hrs.. I'm hoping to hear today.. As if yet no response!! Be ware of this company!!!
